Overview
An employer is seeking a Professional Engineered Electrical Engineer for a long-term opportunity in the Cincinnati, OH area. The customer is a leader in the architecture, engineering, and planning industry and has been named one of Cincinnati’s Top 100 Places to Work. The Electrical Engineer will be required to work on site minimum four days a week and will report directly to the Director of Operations.
The day-to-day responsibilities will include providing technical, project management and client management support to projects and electrical engineering design/production for assigned projects. They will work with Project Managers to establish design parameters consistent with the project scope, schedule and budget as well as prepare Electrical design and construction documents in REVIT Electrical.

- Broad knowledge of building electrical engineering, concept development, and final design including power systems (medium & low voltage), low voltage control systems, lighting design, fire alarm systems, security systems, telephone & communications systems (WAN & LAN), closed circuit TV systems, cable TV systems, and electrical utility systems, HVAC systems, HVAC controls, plumbing systems, fire protection, piping systems, and mechanical utility systems
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Design experience within the government sector
- 7+ years in Revit
