Departments of Transportation; and municipalities. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Water/Wastewater to help serve our connection of clients and community. This role is perfect for a technical leader who enjoys hands‑on design and guiding multidisciplinary teams toward successful delivery. • Lead planning, analysis, and detailed design of water and wastewater systems, including treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines, and distribution/collection networks.
• Serve as technical lead, ensuring designs comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client objective.
• Perform and oversee hydraulic modeling, process calculations, and system evaluations.
• Prepare, review, and seal engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, constructible designs.
• Review and stamp engineering drawings, specifications, reports, and technical memoranda (as appropriate).
• Support project managers by identifying risks, scope changes, and technical challenges early.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the design and management of water and/or wastewater, or sewer infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in hydraulic modeling, or treatment process design planning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead design teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
