Civil Engineering Project Manager/Senior Project Manager ($10,000 sign on bonus)
As a Civil Engineering Project Manager/Senior Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in Cincinnati, OH, you will manage client and project responsibilities, including technical and financial management, business development, and stakeholder collaboration across multiple industries such as commercial/industrial land development, oil & gas, and renewable energy.
You will work with Principals and cross‑disciplinary teams (survey, geotechnical, traffic, environmental, ecological, etc.) to develop project schedules, assemble teams, mentor junior staff, conduct technical reviews, and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications- 7+ years of relevant design and permitting experience, including earth disturbance and stormwater permits and municipal approval processes.
- B.S./M.S. in Engineering (Civil or Environmental) or related degree.
- Professional Engineer licensure (P.E.).
- Civil design and permitting experience related to site layout, grading, stormwater, and erosion & sediment control.
- Familiarity with the Ohio regional marketplace and environmental regulatory agencies.
- Active engagement in trade organizations and/or experience in PA, WV, KY, and IN (preferred).
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multi‑discipline projects (e.g., survey, environmental, geotechnical, construction).
- Ability and desire to mentor junior staff.
