• Champion field sales by evaluating packaging applications, uncovering requirements, and designing customized solutions for marking, coding, conveyors, fully automated equipment, and integrations—recommending value‑added options that perfectly fit unique customer challenges.
• Take charge of post‑sale project management, overseeing delivery, factory acceptance testing (FAT), setup, training, and installation, while clearly communicating customer needs.
• Coordinate and support equipment demonstrations to showcase our innovative packaging offerings.
• Travel as needed to assist with field service activities, projects, and vendor‑related engagements—expect occasional overnight stays based on demands.
• Leverage strong verbal and written communication skills for phone, in‑person, and email interactions, handling application details and quote requests with precision.
• Engage in CRM activities to schedule appointments and keep opportunity updates flowing smoothly.
