Base Pay Range

$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr

• 10+ years converting experience
• Technical expert on Veeva system and ability to become administrator level resource; familiar with searching and navigation in Veeva; ability to identify metadata discrepancies and resolve them; ability to partner with resources to ensure equipment is mapped to the correct version; knowledge of binders and how to set up an effective Equipment Owner binder
• Ability to evaluate documents for recommended improvements upon consolidation and project manage the documentation update process
• Ability to train others either in classroom or remote on Veeva system navigation
• Ability to meet the converting essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations (in the event of the need to visit a plant)

• Familiarity with all four converting technology platforms
• Familiarity with systems: AM, ECR’s, CPE, CIL, CL, TBO, DH, etc.
• 15-20+ years of converting experience

• Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Inspect and maintain the performance of all mechanical equipment supported in the manufacturing process at a plant.
• Determining problems in manufacturing that create production issues and find and implement solutions for those problems.
• Perform cost-benefit evaluations for new manufacturing processes.
• Developing detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
• Researching and developing new processes, equipment, and products.
• Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
• Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
• Maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports.
