Environmental Engineer
Review and work closely with Project Managers and design consultants to review and develop accurate Right-of-Way plans that meet all State, City, Local, and MSD standards. Direct the preparation of Right-of-Way plans and supplement real estate services for easement and property acquisition. Provides support and technical assistance to appraisers, negotiators and property owners as needed. Responsibilities include researching property rights and recording documents at the Hamilton County Recorder’s office.
Perform historical research of MSD and public records. Provide to the public, consultants, MSD and other agencies information and records as needed.
