Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability Manager

Job Title: Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) Manager
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Range: Competitive salary + bonus (dependent on experience)

• Lead EHS&S strategy and execution across three manufacturing sites to improve safety performance, regulatory compliance, and sustainability outcomes
• Serve as the senior subject matter expert for OSHA, EPA, and state/local compliance, including PSM/RMP, LOTO, JSA, confined space, and audit programs
• Lead EHSS audits, inspections, hazard assessments (DHA, PHA, FMEA), incident investigations, and corrective actions
• Partner with Engineering and Maintenance to embed “safety by design” into equipment, process, and layout changes
• Drive measurable improvements in environmental and sustainability performance and deliver accurate monthly ESG reporting

• 6+ years of EHS&S experience in manufacturing OR 4–6 years in engineering roles plus 1–2 years of EHS or process safety leadership experience
• Strong engineering-based approach to risk reduction, process safety, and equipment design
• Working knowledge of environmental compliance, sustainability fundamentals, and management systems (ISO 14001, Ecovadis)
• Experience leading risk assessments, root cause investigations, and corrective action programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, or Engineering discipline (CSP, CIH, CHMM preferred)

• Leadership role with direct impact on safety culture, ESG performance, and operational risk reduction
