We’re seeking a Project Manager to work with our Water and Wastewater clients in Southeast Michigan or Ohio. You’ll lead local project teams, mentor staff, form long‑term client relationships, pursue new work, develop strategy, position, propose and negotiate contracts, and collaborate with diverse multi‑discipline teams to advance innovative, sustainable solutions.

Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
- Demonstrated understanding of one or all of the following: drinking water treatment, wastewater treatment, master planning, conveyance and storage, and/or treatment processes and technologies.
- Multi‑discipline design management experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Self‑motivated and initiator; demonstrated by a desire to get the job done through any challenges.
- Project management experience for water/wastewater infrastructure study and design projects.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- More than 8 years of progressive engineering and project management experience.
- Master’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
- Experience with process mechanical design and willingness to perform as the discipline lead on an as‑needed basis.
