Cincinnati, OH (Candidates may reside in Cincinnati, OH or Dayton, OH markets)

Fishbeck is seeking a Water/Wastewater Process Engineer/Project Manager to join our Ohio team. This role will be performed in a team environment with staff of varying experience levels across multiple office locations. The position offers potential to transition into team leadership and market sector leadership roles.

• Management of projects from concept through construction.
• Preparation of studies for facility master planning, alternatives analyses, feasibility studies, and preliminary engineering reports.
• Coordinating with staff from multiple design disciplines.
• Development of design documents, specifications, and obtaining construction permits from regulatory agencies.
• Managing and mentoring staff.
• Making site visits to pursue project leads.
• Participation in the preparation of qualifications and proposals.
• Involvement in trade organizations (AWWA, WEF, etc.).

Occasional lifting and carrying; normal office conditions; sit and use a computer; travel to and maneuver around project sites for client meetings and site observations; use technical equipment for communication and documentation; visual acuity necessary.

Bachelor of Science - Civil or Environmental Engineering

• Registered Professional Engineer in the state of application.
• 8+ years primarily water and/or wastewater process experience working with local and regional utilities.
• Strong technical experience in water and/or wastewater facility planning and design.
• Project Management experience.
• Self‑motivation, excellent communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to confidently interact with clients and potential clients.
