- Responsible for creating and implementing NDE and metrology processes.
- Identify current gaps in processes and formulate an action plan to close the gap.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and execute policy/strategy using prior experience and acquired technical expertise.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own work and integrate with other teams.
- Use judgment to propose different solutions outside set parameters, with guidance; solve straightforward tasks and access technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use internal sources outside own team to arrive at decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy).
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
- PC-DMIS / Quindos experience.
- High level Object oriented programming (C#, python, C++, JavaScript).
- GD&T training / knowledge.
- Highly proactive.
