• Responsible for creating and implementing NDE and metrology processes.
• Identify current gaps in processes and formulate an action plan to close the gap.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and execute policy/strategy using prior experience and acquired technical expertise.
• In-depth understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own work and integrate with other teams.
• Use judgment to propose different solutions outside set parameters, with guidance; solve straightforward tasks and access technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use internal sources outside own team to arrive at decisions.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy).
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

• PC-DMIS / Quindos experience.
• High level Object oriented programming (C#, python, C++, JavaScript).
• GD&T training / knowledge.
