The process proceeds from concept to production to operation. An expected high level of autonomy and operational judgement is required to achieve outcomes.

- Monitor and communicate project status, business issues, and significant developments
- Participate as a presenter or reviewer for internal/external technical and program reviews
- Be a key participant or owner in developing and executing customer‑funded improvement programs
- Assure proper documentation of technical data consistent with engineering policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or related engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience

- Established project‑management skills
- Recognized as approachable, collaborative, and inclusive
- Strong track record of customer‑facing relationship building
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; U.S. work‑visa sponsorship not offered
- Experience in mechanical or systems engineering of high‑ or low‑pressure turbine engine hardware
- Strong oral and written communication skills
