• Design Excellence:
  Create detailed 2D cross‑sections, 3D models, and Model‑Based Definitions (MBD) within Siemens NX and Teamcenter environments.
• Innovative Development:
  Conceptualize and design gas turbine components, pushing the boundaries of engineering.
• Collaborative Engineering:
  Work with cross‑functional teams to define dimensional constraints and geometric tolerances, ensuring optimal manufacturing processes.
• Quality Assurance:
  Utilize Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to drive improvements in quality, speed, and precision.
• Project Management:
  Navigate CAD and CAM environments, managing projects within budget and schedule, delivering uncompromising quality.

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year in 3D modeling of aero‑engines and gas turbine components; proficiency in Siemens NX/Teamcenter preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  Strong understanding of ASME Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing; ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with team members at all levels.
• Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required; active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.

• Advanced Degree:
  Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 1‑3 years of product definition experience.
• Software Proficiency:
  Experience with Siemens NX CAD Drafting and MBD, and Teamcenter PLM in designing mechanical engine components.

• Mostly Office Environments, occasional shop floor involvement.
• Substantial amounts of telephone, video conferencing and computer work.
• Highly regulated industries with strict adherence to procedures.
• Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
• Typical 8‑hour days plus lunch; 40‑hour weeks; core hours 9 AM–4 PM.
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
