What the job involves:

We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Project Management to join our team. In this role, you will learn project planning and coordination, multidisciplinary project execution, and project management tools and methodologies.

As a Summer Intern in Project Management at JLL, you will:

• Assist Senior Project Managers: Support individual multidiscipline projects up to and in excess of $500,000, including program development, budgeting, planning & design, and project milestone scheduling.
• Project Documentation and Planning: Support project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and documentation while tracking project progress and updating reports.
• Team Coordination and Communication: Participate in team meetings, take meeting notes, and help coordinate communication between internal teams and external vendors.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research and compile data for project decision‑making, assist in preparing presentations and status updates for stakeholders.
• Project Implementation Oversight: Participate in services contracting of multidisciplinary project teams, conflict resolution, financial forecasting, customer communication, and project closure.

• Dates: June 1st, 2026 – August 7th, 2026.
• Location: Cincinnati, OH – On‑site.

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with 2‑3 years completed majoring in Business, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Technical proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced setting.
• Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet), interest in construction projects and sustainable building practices or LEED accreditation.

We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.
