Must-Have Qualifications- Associate’s Degree (AAS) or Certificate in Electronics or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of Field Service Engineer experience
- Strong electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to travel overnight as required
- Must reside within a reasonable commute of the greater Cincinnati, OH area (no relocation)
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Position OverviewJoin a leading manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers as a Field Service Engineer supporting the greater Cincinnati area. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair advanced automated laboratory instrumentation (hematology, chemistry, coagulation systems). This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong service professional who enjoys hands‑on troubleshooting and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on automated lab instrumentation
- Diagnose and resolve electronic and electro‑mechanical issues
- Coordinate technical problem resolution with the Field Support Group
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage service vehicle inventory, tools, and trunk stock
- Provide basic on‑site operator training for customer personnel
- Travel overnight as needed within the territory
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)
- Additional Earnings:
Overtime and performance bonus typically add $4,000 – $10,000+ annually - Company vehicle
