, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire a Safety Coordinator based out of our Cincinnati, OH location. This Safety Coordinator role is demanding and critical, supporting our Midwest Low Voltage Technologies Group (LVTS), one of the busiest and most successful groups in the country. Some travel is required for this position.

The responsibilities include:

• Experience or orientation in safety.
• Ability to perform audits and document findings.
• Effective communication skills and computer literacy, especially MS Office.
• Some travel required to Columbus, OH, and Louisville, KY offices.

• Experience in safety coaching, mentoring, and training in Low Voltage Technology Solutions, Utility Telecommunications, Natural Gas, or Electric operations.
• Certifications in OSHA 500 and 510, qualified to teach OSHA 10 and 30 standards.
• Certification to train MEWP (aerial work platforms).
• Knowledge of industry safety practices: NESC, DOT, PHMSA, OSHA regulations.
• Training in First Aid, Blood Borne Pathogens, CPR, HAZCOM, PPE, Fall Protection, Confined Space, and Smith Driving Systems.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
