The College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) Admissions Office is recruiting an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions to manage undergraduate admissions, implement CCM admissions policies, coordinate recruitment activities, oversee auditions and scholarships, and collaborate with central admissions and faculty.
Responsibilities- Serve and manage all CCM undergraduate admissions to meet enrollment goals while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
- Develop and execute student‑service initiatives and coordinate travel for college fairs, high schools, and community colleges.
- Travel extensively (8–10 weeks in the fall, 1–3 weeks in the spring/summer) and work evenings, weekends, and beyond the traditional work week as required.
- Maintain and use student information to advise prospects through application and enrollment.
- Increase representation from strategic populations based on target enrollment projections.
- Implement and explain university admissions policies.
- Coordinate on‑campus and off‑campus events, student tour guides, tele‑counseling, campus visits, outreach, communications, marketing, and regional campus referrals.
- Work closely with faculty to evaluate applications and make admission decisions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Manage undergraduate scholarships, including CCM general and local fund scholarships, scholarship competitions, and coordination with central offices for university‑wide awards.
- Coordinate undergraduate admissions committee meetings.
- Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain records, prepare reports, and analyze data for future planning and evaluation.

Bachelor’s Degree. - Required Training/
Certifications:
Current valid driver’s license; some positions may require a valid passport. - Required Experience: Three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Additional Qualifications Considered: Master’s Degree, experience with Slate or other CRM software, previous supervisory experience.
