General Statement of Duties
Implements activities either by providing direct service or by providing supervision of those implementing recreation activities. May assist in the planning and promotion of the tennis program or be responsible for the development, planning, and implementation. Will use tennis skills as needed to implement the program. A high energy level and enthusiasm for the program activities is necessary. Must demonstrate an ability to lead participants in the tennis program.
Must be willing to take direction from supervisors and managers. Monitor participant safety throughout the program. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must be 14 - 17 years of age. Assist with the care, proper use, and storage of all equipment and supplies.
Youth 14 to 18 years of age meeting City residency and household income guidelines. Must have a valid work permit (14 and 15 years old) or parental consent (16 and 17 years old). Must complete application and submit supplemental parental forms. Must attend 20 hour orientation/training session.

The City of Cincinnati provides 3 medical plans to all full‑time City of Cincinnati employees and eligible dependents: the 80/20 PPO medical plan, the HDHP medical plan with an HSA contribution, and a Health Reimbursement Arrangement for those enrolled on another non‑city eligible group plan.
