Overview

Horizen Medical is seeking an Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/GYN) physician excited to practice in a modern direct care model without the pressures of traditional hospital systems. You will be part of a brand-new, patient-centered, technology-forward clinic that empowers women with education, personalized care, and simplified access to treatments including hormone therapy, GLP-1 medications, and lifestyle-focused wellness support. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care focused on perimenopause, menopause, and overall women's wellness.

No call. No deliveries. No insurance credentialing. Just time and space to practice medicine the way it should be.

• Full-time schedule with possible 4-day work week

• Provide comprehensive clinical care with a focus on perimenopause, menopause, and women's wellness
• Offer personalized lifestyle and treatment recommendations
• Help shape clinical workflows and patient experience as part of a growing startup
• Build long-term, meaningful patient relationships without RVU pressure or rushed visits

Base salary starts at $300,000 based upon experience. Performance-based incentive bonuses.

• Must be a licensed OB/GYN in the state of Ohio (MD/DO)
• New graduates are welcome to apply as training is provided
