Kettering Health is expanding our Womens Health Team and seeking a compassionate, skilled OB/GYN to join our established program in Hamilton, Ohio. This role offers the best of both worlds clinical autonomy within a supportive, physician-centered system that values work-life balance and long-term professional growth.
Job Description:
- All surgeries and deliveries at one location
- Block OR time w/Davinci XI
- 24/7 Anesthesia
- Level II Labor and Delivery Unit with 17 LDRP rooms.
- Special Care Nursery w/8 beds
- Additional Services Available to Patients:
- Childbirth education and preparation, Lactation consultation, Postpartum resources and support, Fertility services, Gyn and breast cancer screening, Financial assistance, and partnerships with local non-profit organizations for safety equipment and education.
- Call 1:4 equally shared rotation with the group.
- Comprehensive Support: 1 APP, 1 RN, 1 MA, experienced OR and office staff, and an Ultrasound Tech and Surgery Scheduler in the office!
- Hospital-employment w/PSLF qualification
- Institutional EMR system: Epic
- Open to all surgeons preferences and sub-specialties
- All-In-One Practice: Perform all deliveries and surgeries at one location no travel required
- Collaborative Team
- Family-Friendly Schedule: 1:4 call rotation shared equally across the group.

- Ohio medical license
