Join Tapestry Health as a 1099 Medical Doctor responsible for initiating patient visits and establishing ongoing care relationships for our chronic care management services.

• Availability 10+ weekdays per month to conduct approximately 375 clinical visits onsite and remotely.
• Brief, educational consults advising patients of the services they are enrolled in.
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in our platform at time of visit.
• Provide end‑of‑day reports to program administrators.

• Qualified MD/DO.
• Active, unrestricted medical license(s) in Ohio and multiple other states.
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision‑making skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned buildings.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and improving health outcomes.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technology.
• Ability to travel within 1–2 hours of assigned region.

10–15k monthly, mileage reimbursement, malpractice coverage. 1099 contractor.
