Academic Cytopathologist / Surgical Pathologist Cincinnati, OH Position Highlights :
Academic appointment with 90% clinical / 10% teaching responsibilities. Join a collegial team of 20 pathologists with subspecialty expertise. Opportunity for leadership roles , if desired. Base salary: $233K $320K (experience-based) with potential above 50th percentile via productivity. $20K signing bonus , CME allowance, and comprehensive health benefits. Two-year guaranteed compensation for transition to full productivity. Retirement plans with 8.5% employer contribution and immediate vesting. Generous PTO, holidays, and sick leave plus eligibility for PSLF. Qualifications : MD/DO with AP or AP/CP board certification or eligibility.
Cytopathology fellowship training required (new grads considered). Strong background in cyto- and surgical pathology ; GI, GYN, or molecular preferred. Eligible for Ohio medical license ; H1B supported (J1 not eligible). Demonstrated commitment to teaching, research, and academic excellence .
