Position: Product Design Intern (Summer 2026)

As a Product Design Intern for TQL, you will support our internal Product Design team as we modernize core digital platforms and explore AI-enabled user experiences. This internship is designed as a hands‑on learning opportunity, aligned with how leading product organizations develop early‑career designers, through real product work, strong mentorship, and exposure to cross‑functional delivery.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Support end‑to‑end product design activities, from discovery through delivery
  • Assist with user research synthesis (journey maps, JTBD, insights, usability findings)
  • Create and iterate on low‑ and high‑fidelity designs in Figma
  • Contribute to and learn from an established design system
  • Help prepare prototypes, documentation, and design artifacts for stakeholder reviews
  • Observe and participate in design critiques, sprint ceremonies, and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Learn how AI and data inform modern product design decisions
What you need:
  • Current student graduating between December 2026 to May 2027
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Product Design, UX/UI, HCI, or a related field
  • Familiarity with core UX principles (usability, accessibility, user‑centered design)
  • Working knowledge of Figma or similar design tools
  • Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate in a team environment
