• Produce outstanding client-based deliverables and technical solutions for each project.
• Build and maintain client relationships with comfortability leading business development conversations.
• Develop ongoing strategic professional and community-based relationships.
• Assist in mentoring and developing staff based on their career passions and strengths.
• Empower individuals to serve our clients in a professional, productive, and collaborative manner.
• Collaborate with the team and leadership to ensure project expectations are met and to cultivate an inclusive design culture.
• Involvement in internal firm-wide activities and committees.
• Ensure a workplace environment of belonging for all.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment across multiple offices.
• Exhibit autonomy in managing multiple projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, both internally and externally.
• Ability to lead projects and ensure exceptional deliverables based on client needs and technical solutions.
• Ability to anticipate, prioritize, and delegate client needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture. Masters preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
