This is a full-time on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH, for an Architectural Project Manager. The Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project coordination, managing project workflows, reviewing construction drawings, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Additional responsibilities include supervising the preparation of submittals, promoting sustainable design practices, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members to coordinate design and construction efforts.

• Strong expertise in Architecture and the ability to create and review comprehensive construction drawings
• Proficiency in Project Coordination and preparation of submittals
• Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) practices and principles
• Experience with construction processes and sustainable design initiatives
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Professional degree in Architecture or a closely related field
• Licensure in Architecture or on the path to licensure is preferred
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus
