Compensation: Starting pay range from $45-50/hr and may increase based on skills and experience

Hours:
Tuesday - Friday: 8:15am - 5:30pm, 2 Saturdays/month 8:15am - 2:30pm (flexibility in days scheduled)
Sign on bonus: $15,000 sign on paid after 60 days

- Ability to empathize and provide top-notch, positive, patient care while connecting with our diverse patient base.
- A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
- CPR certification.
- As a Dental Hygienist
, identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene as it relates to the mouth-body connection. - Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
- Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
- Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
- Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
- Complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
- Place fluoride varnish and sealants.
- Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.
- Current RDH licensure in Ohio
- Active CPR Certification
- Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.
