We are searching for a dependable and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to support parking operations in Cincinnati. This role assists drivers and guests, answers parking‑related questions, and helps ensure smooth and efficient daily operations at assigned locations.

• Assist guests and drivers with parking‑related questions and concerns.
• Provide clear directions to parking areas, payment points, and exits.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Support on‑site parking staff and supervisors as needed.
• Monitor parking areas to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain professional in fast‑paced or high‑traffic environments.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on‑site for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
• Previous customer service or parking experience is a plus but not required.
