Toolad is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Cincinnati team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional communication and problem-solving.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and policies
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary
• Process basic documentation, forms, and service requests
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Office-based position in Fort Worth, TX
