We are searching for professional and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendants to support parking and valet operations in Cincinnati. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, handling vehicles responsibly, and providing a high level of customer service.

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure.
• Maintain accurate control of vehicle keys and tickets.
• Assist with traffic flow in valet and parking areas.
• Conduct basic visual vehicle checks before and after parking.
• Provide clear directions and answer guest questions when needed.
• Report any incidents, damages, or safety concerns immediately.

Minimum requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Previous valet, driving, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
