• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST
• Pay: $20/hour
• Experience: 1+ year of customer service preferred

• Take inbound calls and follow up with customers
• Own customer issues from start to finish
• Solve problems, de‑escalate concerns, and think critically
• Advocate for the customer while following company policies
• Help improve processes by spotting trends and sharing insights

• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Like solving puzzles and figuring things out
