Customer Service Representative

Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing communication across multiple platforms. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.

- Manage email correspondence to resolve customer concerns and deliver timely updates.

- Process data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records and documentation.

- Schedule customer appointments efficiently while coordinating necessary follow-ups.

- Handle order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.

- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports and update relevant documents.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers in both inbound and outbound calls.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service strategies and improve workflows.

- Ensure all interactions align with company policies and standards for quality service.

Requirements - Prior experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment.

- Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Strong skills in data entry and familiarity with order management processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including email correspondence.

- Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.

- Proven ability to schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups effectively.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely results.
