What You’ll DoAs our front Desk & Client Services Coordinator, you will often be the first impression of TAN. Whether on the phone, through email or in-person, you help set the tone for a welcoming and professional environment. You keep the office running smoothly, make people feel comfortable, and support the team in delivering a great experience to our clients.
Your days will look like this:- Answering and routing incoming calls with a warm, professional manner that reflects TAN’s client-first culture.
- Greeting and assisting visitors, creating a welcoming first impression for clients and guests.
- Supporting client communications by responding to inquiries via phone and email, directing questions to the right team members.
- Keeping the reception area organized, managing office supplies and handling day-to-day tasks so the team can focus on serving clients.
- Assisting the client services team with projects, data entry and client outreach as needed.
- Learning TAN’s portfolio and travel benefits, so you can speak knowledgeably about what we offer.
You don’t need travel industry background, just the right instincts and attitude. The best candidates are people-first, quick-thinking and genuinely curious about others.
- 1-2 years in a front desk, hospitality, retail or customer-facing role.
- A naturally warm and engaging presence, you’re the person people enjoy talking to.
- Organized, reliable and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable, reliable, and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable with basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, email, web-based systems).
- Positive attitude and genuine people skills, everything else we can teach.

$18 - $20 per hour, based on experience.
