As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll help people in your community access the financial solutions they need—right when they need it the most. You’ll play a pivotal role in our fast‑paced environment by building connections with our diverse customer base and processing transactions (i.e. check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments) while providing exceptional in‑store experiences. The hourly wage for the position ranges from $14.00–$17.25 per hour. The hourly rate is just one element of our Total Compensation package.

- Build lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately.
- Offer personalized financial services to maximize customer success.
- Enter and maintain customer information with precision in the POS system.
- Execute daily call campaigns to generate new business.
- Assist with account management and collections, accepting payments and managing appointments.
- Perform tasks outside the office as required, including onsite vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing; participate in in‑store and community events.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards.
- Follow security protocols, opening/closing procedures, and manage cash drawer/vault.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Engage in ongoing training and stay current on products and processes.
- Work efficiently in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
- Perform additional duties as directed by leadership.
- Maintain a full‑time schedule with regular in‑person attendance, including weekends; 40 hours/week minimum.
- Store hours and required hours may change; discuss with recruiter.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
- Background check required; results considered per applicable law.
- Physical demands: stationary position up to 90% of time; lift up to 25 lbs; move inside and outside store; operate mechanical controls.
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing.
- Cash handling and vault/drawer management experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – a plus, may be required.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for mileage compensation.
