Purpose of Position

The Owner Services Account Manager plays an essential role in the EJM mission to enhance the life of each Owner one exceptional travel experience at a time. These passionate client‑interfacing team members have the responsibility for ongoing Owner care by providing exemplary personalized customer service, demonstrating strong consultative travel knowledge, while ensuring each trip booking is executed with operational excellence. The Account Manager is proactive in recognizing and resolving Owner issues and problems and provides Owners with timely, accurate and appropriate communication.

This position is for the overnight shift (9pm-7am) with a four on and four off schedule rotation.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset that focuses on creating ideas and plans for correcting issues or handling daily tasks.
  • Self‑driven and takes initiative to understand work processes within position and beyond.
  • Customer service experience; experience in aviation a plus.
  • Eager to learn about the private aviation industry and gain personal and professional growth.
  • Able to work a flexible, yet consistent schedule to help support our owners during our hours of operation.
  • Superior attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exceptional ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • PC skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and Internet.
  • Ability to efficiently access and enter data using computer systems.
  • Ability to enter data while speaking with callers.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
