As a Customer Service Associate, you will focus on building customer loyalty and revenue growth.

You will drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, ultimately enhancing client loyalty. You will deliver comprehensive PNC solutions during every customer interaction, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.

Your role includes creating a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby activities to connect with customers, and educating them on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.

You will apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer issues effectively to foster loyalty.

Managing risk through adherence to policies and demonstrating sound judgment within established limits is crucial. You will participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
