About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will handle phone calls, emails, and live chats, so strong communication skills are essential.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with product selection, information requests, and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide effective support.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately in our database system.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Identify and escalation priority issues to the appropriate team or manager as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on active listening.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills to effectively address customer concerns.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is an advantage.
