- Verifies all information related to orders is accurate; identifies and corrects discrepancies
- Completes all documentation in an accurate and efficient manner and processes information regarding cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, and account balances in compliance with corporate guidelines
- Provides customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, and solving customer complaints and questions
- Completes and processes credit applications, payments, and financing paperwork
- Communicates with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner
- Maintains accurate files and processes to maximize productivity
- Performs clerical support for store staff as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Basic reading and comprehension skills
- Basic numerical reasoning skills
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately, neatly and efficiently
- Demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous clerical experience preferred
- Full-time/Regular
