Innovative Labor and Cleaning is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our office. The role involves driving customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and taking incoming applications
- Maintaining organized files for employees and clients
- Ensuring all employee timesheets are submitted on time for payroll
- Performing miscellaneous office errands and duties
Hours: Monday through Friday, 12pm - 5pm (Part Time)
Salary: $14.00 per hour
