AboutThe Role
LOTH is seeking a talented Part-Time Graphic Designer to support marketing and creative initiatives across three business units: LOTH Inc., Opti Via Solutions, and Work Wiser Services. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment and has a strong eye for clean, contemporary design across both digital and print platforms.
You’ll collaborate with the marketing team and creative stakeholders to translate brand strategies into visually compelling assets while maintaining clarity and consistency across each business unit. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Office.
Key Responsibilities- Design and produce digital and printed marketing assets for LOTH, Opti Via Solutions, and Work Wiser Services, including emails, digital brochures/lookbooks, social graphics, presentations, brochures, flyers, signage, and other collateral
- Create and manage content within Hub Spot, including email templates, landing page assets, and campaign graphics
- Build and update Word Press landing pages, ensuring visual consistency and usability
- Design and build custom PowerPoint decks for RFP submissions that reflect the client's brand
- Prepare print-ready files, including bleeds, trims, color modes, and correct file formats for production
- Maintain and adapt visual systems across multiple brands while respecting each brand's unique identity
- Optimize assets for both digital performance and professional print production
- Manage multiple projects and priorities across three business units
- Collaborate with internal teams to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions on time
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects a plus)
- Experience working with digital marketing tools, especially Hub Spot
- Working knowledge of Word Press, including page builders and basic layout structure
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy across digital and print
- Solid knowledge of print production and prepress, including preparing files for professional printing
- Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines in a part-time capacity
