Video Producer

The Video Producer plays a key role in delivering high quality video content that exceeds client expectations. This position oversees projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring productions are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with project scope. The ideal candidate is an organized, creative problem solver who is passionate about storytelling and motivated to help grow our business.

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners. The Video Producer will guide content development, support client messaging, and maintain a professional, inclusive, and accessible production environment.

• Develop scripts, storyboards, budgets, and production plans
• Allocate resources, set timelines, and manage editing sessions
• Build and manage production budgets
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to produce multimedia content
• Plan and coordinate video shoots, including location scouting and securing virtual or on site locations
• Create and maintain detailed production schedules
• Manage client communication, expectations, and long term relationships
• Schedule, direct, and negotiate pricing with production resources and vendors
• Work independently as a self starter while also contributing effectively to team based projects
• Communicate clearly through strong verbal, written, and visual storytelling skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or four years of equivalent experience and training
• Minimum of 5 years of professional video production experience
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast changing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Availability of working in the office, with flexibility for additional hours as needed
• Valid driver’s license
