Construction Manager

We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager in Cincinnati for our Spec Division!

This position pays $70k, based on experience & education.

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising large-scale construction roofing projects.

Responsibilities Include:

* Supervise multiple roofing production crews at job sites / facilities

* Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details

* Communicate with crews and operations to ensure a proficient workflow

* Responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilities

* Daily communication with the roofing crews and Centi Mark project managers

* Plan and execute a successful project

* Must possess strong material management skills

Candidate

Qualifications:

* 3 - 5 years of construction management experience. This includes supervising multiple crews

* Experience with all types of commercial roof systems is highly preferred

* Must have experience and working knowledge of roofing practices, procedures, and safety requirements

* Excellent communication, analytical thinking, leadership skills, interpersonal communication, ability to problem solve, and organizational skills
