Sr. Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Small firm of 30+ employees producing $65M of project revenue yearly. This person will mainly focus on commercial retail projects.

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy guidelines.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime clients and C/E contracts to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor and control the construction administrative direction of on-site Superintendents to ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget.
• Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
• Represent the company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations and strategy meetings.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts, including fee payment, rental equipment, income, and expenses, to protect the company's interests while maintaining good relationships with clients.
• Supervise the work of Project Managers 1 & 2 when assigned.

• Extensive experience in commercial construction.
• 7+ years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management.
• A 4-year degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Cincinnati,OH.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 28, 2026.
