Roofer - Field Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to lead construction projects on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations at construction sites, coordinate teams, and manage project timelines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, construction site experience, and technical knowledge to drive successful project completion.

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to verify work aligns with design intent
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct site safety meetings regularly
• Review contracts and change orders to ensure compliance with project scope and budget
• Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
• Planning jobs for labor crews
• Daily communications with the customer

• Proven supervising experience in construction or related fields with a strong understanding of construction management processes
• Require a minimum of 5 years of experience in sloped roofing, including expertise in both shingle and metal roofing systems.
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required.
• Experience in budgeting, project scheduling, quality control, and managing subcontractors
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
