• Oversee and review project plans, requirements and specifications
• Coordinate a team to develop large, multi‑disciplinary estimates
• Determine labor and equipment costs
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
• Understand project logistics and schedule
• Assess project risks and review quotes and estimates with the project team
• Prepare estimates at different levels of completion (conceptual, schematic, DD, CD, etc.)
• Orchestrate pre‑construction duties and meetings with owners, clients and engineers
• Serve as company interface between owner & architect and develop leadership, motivation and communication with owners, subs and project team

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or similar field
• Experience on large multi‑million‑dollar projects exceeding $25 million
• Advanced computer skills with estimating software and MS Office
• Effective presentation skills
• Extensive knowledge of construction costs and engineering principles
• Understand all aspects of horizontal and infrastructure projects
