We’re looking for a reliable, fun-loving, and calm-under-pressure team member to join our YMCA Early Learning Center in a split-shift, before- and after-school role!

• Lead and engage school-age children during before- and after-school hours in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment.
• Plan and implement creative, flexible, and organized activities that promote learning, social development, and physical activity.
• Maintain a calm and steady presence in a fast-paced, energetic setting, adapting to the needs of children and the flow of the day.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members to foster a strong community.
• Ensure every child feels welcomed, valued, and supported throughout their time at the center.

• Reliable and punctual with a passion for working with children.
• Fun-loving and able to bring creativity and energy to your work.
• Calm under pressure and able to maintain composure in a busy environment.
• Organized and flexible, able to manage split shifts and changing daily needs.
• Experienced in working with children and committed to their growth and well-being.
