** Job Description
**** We are seeking an onsite Operations Manager to lead daily operational activities and support high‐performing teams. If you have experience in operations management, we’d like to connect with you.
** This role will require Government Agency (baseline) clearance before the start date. A PIV card is also required.###
** Job Highlights
*** Manages and coordinates operational activities for assigned functional area(s) through direct leadership and staff oversight.
* Ensures high‐quality service delivery and effective operational support for both internal and external customers.
* Leads high‐performing teams of entry‐level and skilled professionals by setting goals, providing ongoing feedback, measuring progress, recognizing success, and building accountability.
* Oversees adherence to corporate policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Participates in reviewing and enhancing operational systems and procedures relevant to assigned units.### ###
** Basic Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
* Typically three or more years of relevant experience### ###
** Preferred Skills/Experience
*** Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Thorough understanding of operational functions, systems, procedures, and supported products/services
* Knowledge of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
* Strong grasp of relevant products, programs, financial analysis, and supporting documentation
* Strong organizational, managerial, and project management skills
