Manages overall product lines and reviews. Manages product design, distribution strategies and promotion in order to optimize the goals of product lines.

• Directing, contributing, coordinating, reviewing and approving all product management related activities, including company projects and business as usual activities, for the assigned product line in order to improve product efficiency, effectiveness and profitability.
• Recruits, hires, and manages Product Managers to ensure that all departmental needs are handled appropriately. Counsels and develops staff for personal and corporate advancement through career development, training programs, and other resources.
• Defines and/or provides new product definition with product analysis by detailing product and system requirements, procedural changes, sales/branch impact, and establishing and coordinating new product launches.
• Leads Product Managers on long‑term product strategies and road maps. Guides Product Managers with identifying /researching product enhancement opportunities.
• Establishes and manages strategic relationships with key business unit partners, senior managers, corporate departments, and the organization to assist in the development of strategies and to improve the product line efficiency and effectiveness.
• Explores and analyzes product enhancement and new product opportunities. Completes the total due diligence process, compiles the business proposals and all related financial support and analysis.
• Directs research and performs analysis of company’s marketplace and current client base to assist with improving product performance, assessing product enhancements, determine competitive positioning, and determining viability of product and/or geographic expansion.
• Presents and discusses product strategies and initiatives as well as reviews the status of current projects and initiatives with the Sure Payroll Senior Team and the primary operating managers that are impacted by product decisions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing - Preferred
• 5 years of experience in Product management skills and quantitative skill, plus experience in a leadership role with direct reports preferred.
