This internship will provide experience with primary, excess and professional liability claims‑related litigation and business‑critical work assignments and projects, an overview of legal experience within a corporate structure and an opportunity to develop work‑life skills.

• Assist with Litigated and Pre‑Litigated matters and Special Projects as assigned
• Conduct legal research on various claim‑related issues on a 50‑state basis
• Identify legal trends in relevant claim‑related subject matters
• Draft memoranda and Project Summary Reports
• Review and synthesize information retrieved from various legal and non‑legal databases
• Interact and liaison with in‑house claims and legal staff and outside law firms as directed
