The Strategy team defines and delivers on strategic initiatives to achieve our long-term business goals.

• Perform reporting and analysis of AI tools to drive increased end-user adoption and positive impact on performance metrics.
• Build and/or improve an AI agent to complete a medium complexity workflow.
• Use generative AI to summarize Voice of Customer insights across multiple applications where customer conversations are stored. Assist lead analysts on research of optimal generative AI applications for long-term use.
• Participate in evaluations of new technology and new vendors, including the review/summary of vendor websites and sales materials and testing products.
• Gain experience working with business leaders to identify where AI will have the largest impact to revenue, customer retention, and operating costs.
• Gain experience evaluating new technology and vendors, balancing business value and legal/security requirements
• Using AI to research industry leaders, competitive data, and marketing strategies in a way that allows our Enterprise Sales Team to leverage on a broad scale for FTA (first time appointment) preparation moving forward
• Creating job aides to leverage AI for brand new sellers to enable a broad effect of how best to prioritize and consume data related to prospects and market dynamics
• Prospecting for new clients and new referral sources utilizing AI, the telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs directed by Sales management.
• Creating best practices for utilizing AI for competency and communication needs of our Enterprise Sales Team.
• Collaborating with our elite sales team to present prospective clients with solutions that make their lives easier and their businesses more successful
• Presenting products and services of Paycor and Paychex to final decision makers and end users within the prospect universe.
• Assisting the Sales Leaders with Networking Events and Trade Shows
• Assist in the management and reporting of client relationship management

• A May 2027 graduate enrolled in an accredited College/University
  - Required
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Management or Computer Science related degrees
  - Required
• A high-level interest in technology, AI, analytics, and business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
