About the Department

The Technology Transfer Office (TTO) at the University of Cincinnati, headquartered in the 1819 Innovation Hub, serves as the university’s central engine for transforming cutting‑edge research into impactful real‑world solutions. As the primary driver of technology identification, protection, development, transfer, and commercialization, the TTO identifies innovative discoveries across UC’s research enterprise, manages intellectual property strategies, and accelerates the path from innovation to invention to market.
