As a Business Intelligence Analyst I you will provide data analysis, reporting, and visualizations to multiple business partners as a member of a dynamic shared services team. You’ll build strong relationships and communicate successfully with associates at all levels. A focus on collaboration and iterative design, coupled with strong analytical problem‑solving skills to assure accuracy, are keys to success. You will have opportunities to research and use new technologies, develop best practices, and share your knowledge with peers and business partners as our team actively supports data analysis for businesses across Western & Southern Financial Group.

• SQL
  :
  Design robust queries for Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Tableau
  :
  Develop dynamic and interactive data visualizations.
• IBM Cognos
  :
  Create reports intended for distributed output.
• TFS
  :
  Use Team Foundation Server to log and track data analysis requests.
• CRM
  :
  Support the CRM applications, Salesforce and Sales Page, to ensure data integrity.
• Crystal Reports
  :
  Assist conversion of outdated reporting tool assets.
